The Secretary of State for Lands and Housing, Mr Joseph Francois, accompanied by Members of the National Assembly for Baie Ste Anne and Grand Anse, Hon. Churchill Gill and Hon. Alvin Grandcourt respectively, the Principal Secretary for Inner Islands Mr Dennis Antat and a delegation from the Department of Lands and Housing, conducted a series of site visits on Praslin recently.
The visits covered ongoing housing projects, land bank sites, and other key locations related to housing and land development in Baie Ste Anne and Grand Anse. During the visits, members of the delegation also met with members of the public to discuss housing- and land-related concerns, review progress on works currently underway, and engage in discussions on the way forward. The visits formed part of ongoing efforts to assess progress on the ground and ensure coordinated follow-up on identified issues.
