Lands, Housing and Infrastructure, together with the Property Management Corporation (PMC) and other key agencies, continues its series of internal site visits to housing projects and land bank developments across Mahé. Led by the Principal Secretary for Housing, Mr Jude Florentine, the visits are aimed at assessing progress on ongoing works, identifying challenges on the ground, and ensuring coordinated follow-up among relevant stakeholders.
Recent sites visited include La Gogue, Union Vale, Corgate Estate at Les Mamelles, Brillant, Cascade, Pointe Larue, Allied Mid-Range Condominiums, Perseverance Mid-Range Project, the Steel Frame Pilot Project, La Retraite Land Bank at Anse Etoile, the Ex-Sacos Housing Project, the Vista Heights Sewerage Project in Glacis, and the Société du Logement Housing Project in Beau Vallon. The delegation comprised representatives from PMC, HFC, SIA, as well as members of the PMC Board.
