32 families received their keys to their new Mid-Range Condos at Ile Perseverance. The inauguration ceremony was graced by President Dr. Patrick Herminie, accompanied by senior government officials and representatives from Vijay Construction.
This milestone reflects the continued commitment of the Government to provide modern, secure and affordable housing to Seychellois families. The development, delivered through a Public-Private Partnership initiative with Vijay Construction, comprises 16 two-bedroom and 16 three-bedroom units, including gated parking facilities and amenities to ensure a conducive living environment. The project commenced in March 2024 and was completed within a period of 15 months.
These condominiums will be registered under the Condominium Properties Act, offering homeowners shared ownership and long-term sustainability for the estate.
